Why I do this work?
In 1991, I stepped into retrieving a plumbing business that was on the edge of bankruptcy. That experience showed me how much I enjoy making sense of messy situations and setting up systems that help a business stay on track.
Since then, I’ve worked with many business owners who are brilliant at what they do, but find the financial side confusing, frustrating, or easy to avoid. Often, they’ve tried to follow systems that just don’t suit the way they think.
