When setting up in business as a residential colour consultant, I had absolutely no idea about business process. Fortunately, Karen Clunie came highly recommended to me. Immediately upon meeting Karen I knew I was in good hands, she very (read VERY) patiently talked me through what she needed from me and made it very clear that at any time she could take over anything I didn’t understand or “like” to do. What a relief, I now don’t feel stupid when I can’t work out how to use things like Excel – and all those other business type things that hold no interest to me.
